Let us go on a distillery tour this time at St. George's!
THE EXPERIENCE
Our Basic Training tours ($15) of the distillery are an extraordinary way to learn about craft distillation and artisanal spirits. The whole experience will give you the chance to see where our spirits are made and understand exactly what goes into crafting what’s in your glass.
Tours provide an overview of our production area, with the chance to view our stills, fermentation tanks, barrel storage, and bottling line. Your friendly and knowledgeable spirit guide will explain our production process and equipment, engage in a little absinthe myth-busting, and reveal why we have a shark in the hangar.
Tours include a complimentary tasting of our spirits, as well as a Basic Training dog tag that is yours to keep.
Tastings are guided experiences designed to help you learn how to approach and appreciate spirits. Each tasting includes a selection of our artisanal gins, whiskey, bourbon, vodka, absinthe, rum, brandies, and liqueurs—all made onsite!
We rotate our pours regularly so that each visit provides the opportunity to learn about and sample a variety of spirits—and so that that you’ll have something new to look forward to on subsequent visits.
HOURS
Tours and complimentary tastings are offered Wednesday–Saturday noon–7pm, Sunday noon–5pm.
The tour and tasting experience lasts approximately one hour.
Tours are limited to 20 people, and often fill up to capacity. Please sign up only if you are definite to come. You can pay the $15 onsite with cash or credit card.
Three strikes for no show and you are kicked out of the group is now in effect!

March 9
On your way to St. George's for the Spirits Tour, please feel free to stop by at the Pinball Museum in Alameda @ 2 PM so that you can play pinball to your hearts delight for an hour or two. You can potentially score free tickets through the Alameda or Contra Costa Library if you are a free card holder. I guess they have over 50 pinball machines!!!

Sounds interesting, but I don't understand the "No carpools are rideshares are recommended..." comment. Especially, for an alcohol-related activity I would think people should have designated drivers.
