We had so much fun last time, let's do it again!
The show opens with Bacon Pi, an acoustic eclectic duo that throws stupid trivia in between their numbers. There will be prizes! Bacon Pi is Rockabilly Hall of Fame player, Jeff Harris and Pi is one of our own members, Marla McGaw. They love to let the audience participate, so if you want to drum or sing along, you just might find yourself on stage with them!
Then dance the night away with the Voltones, a retro 60's rock & roll band that comes with a "High Surf Advisory". This group is very entertaining, whether you want to dance or just enjoy the tunes. The Voltones have headlined festivals throughout California, and they are regulars at Downtown Joe's in Napa, and the Relik in Benicia. The band is led by amazing guitarist, David Harris, and features tight vocal harmonies.
Toot's Tavern gets 4.5 stars out of 5 stars. It's known as the "best dive-bar" in the Bay Area, as well as one of the best kept secrets. The drinks are moderately priced, and the crowd is friendly. It's definitely a cool place to check out. There is no food service, but you can grab some great take-out from Four Corners Pizza-N-Pasta across the street and bring it on over.
The show starts at 9:00 pm. Come early to get a table.
REMEMBER THE "NO SHOW" POLICY IS IN EFFECT; SHOULD YOUR PLANS CHANGE, PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO UPDATE YOUR RSVP. THANKS!!!
