How long have you been paleo/primal?

What does paleo mean? I believe "Paleo" is a fuzzy concept. To me, it spans a spectrum ranging from hardcore paleo to softcore paleo to blatantly non-paleo. I *mostly* eat core paleo stuff (leafy greens and other veggies, lean meat, seafood, fruits, nuts, etc.) but will sometimes eat whole grains, dairy, legumes, etc. I avoid alcohol and caffeine with very rare exceptions.

How often would you want to meetup?

Every week, or month, or somewhere in between

What type of meetups would you like to go to: potlucks, outdoor workouts, speakers, etc?

All of the above, though I am not particularly interested in speakers (usually).

What's your favorite Paleo/Primal Food?

Seafood--all kinds. Fish, shellfish, kelp, crustaceans, etc. I also make green smoothies and beef jerky.


Big fan of the paleo style diet. Introduced to the concept by Weston A. Price's books, read Cordain's books as well as those of many other non-Paleo nutritionists.
