Our first event will be a fun, free meet up at the Alameda Table Tennis Club (ATTC).

We will start with some social play, then at 8:00 those who wish can join a fun "winners table" or "Top Table" where you play one game, and if you win you move up. If you lose, you move down. We will have a prize for the player who holds the top table at the end.

ATTC is a great facility with 14 Butterfly Centrefold tournament tables. You can get directions here: http://www.alamedattc.org/gettinghere.htm

Since this is a free event, we need to limit this to the first 30 players who RSVP.

Don't forget to wear suitable non-marking athletic shoes.

Hi, We won't have a waiting list this time. But we should be scheduling another event very soon. Keep an eye on the group, as we will be announcing our next Meetup within a couple days of our first event.

Dave had organized such an exciting, fun, and a wonderful event. It was nice to meet new people to play ping pong and to compete for the ping pong tournament. I had tried so hard to work up to the winning table ladder, but I had ended up back down to the bottom of the losing table ladder!:-( I guess I should have play and practice more ping pong before I get into the ping pong tournament, but it was all fun and exciting!:-) I would recommend the Alameda Table Tennis Club to my family, friends, and relatives to come and play some ping pong. I also look forward to the next East Bay Ping-Pong meetup at the Alameda Table Tennis Club!:-)

Looking forward to the next meetup and getting to know everyone better. Great to meet a variety of players of different ages and skill levels. Caution Trish has a mean serve!
