We changed the venue to accommodate everyone formerly on the waitlist at Applebees. To make payments easier, Claim Jumper is willing to issue individual checks. They'll be reserving two tables next to each other. Also remember to bring $5 in cash for those who DID attend the first Meetup to cover costs which are due after your first Meetup. This is an annual fee after first activity. Thanks.

Thanks for your suggestion Deborah, but we have split up into geographical areas so perhaps you can talk to Terry and become an organizer for your area and set up a Meetup there. Not sure if you were at the first Meetup where we decided on this. I don't plan to move this out of the area. Thanks for your understanding

Hi Suzy.
Were at the first Meetup where we decided to do things geographically & people were asked if they wanted to become co organizers? This was actually set up before that. Luba & myself agreed to do this area, & you are welcome to join us with planning, but please contact Terry to discuss. As of now this will remain on the Friday, but given the amount of interest & our wanting to try make sure we can get those wait listed to join we may have to change the venue to make reservations.

We won't always do Fridays nights. A suggestion was made for weekend nights as many people find it hard to get out during week nights. It will depend on what we do. As I mentioned perhaps you can become an Assistant Organizer and then plan events that best suit your needs. We would love to have you with us. It is very difficult to accommodate everyone's tastes and needs so unfortunately we won't always be available for all Meetups.

They close at 10:30pm. Give them a call to see if we are still there when you are done dancing as I am unlikely you be able to hear my cell phone. We may be having dessert so you can join us.
