Group, I am training to run the upcoming Ragnar Marathon so I mentioned to a few group members the idea of meeting up a few times per week to workout. I am more of a gym rat but since we signed up to run Ragnar, I am doing more running. Another member is also very much into fitness so I think she could be a HUGE help. Another goal here is for us to build some good friendships.
So for those interested, I think we have the best of both worlds here:
-opportunity to get to know cool people
-get in shape or in even better shape
-have friends to workout with
e have not discussed a start date but I'm going to go ahead and suggest one. This date can be changed of course.
