Amy Britt, known for her other successful restaurant, Meditrina Small Plates and Wine Bar, brings her talents to bear on Pig & A Jelly Jar as her latest contribution to the restaurant scene in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Pig serves up house made sausages, waffles, and jams as well as a creative yet approachable menu.
