My people were infamous and powerful warriors in the world of Abier after the spellplague their whole land was moved to toril
when they arrived they were quickly assaulted by beasts of this new world who were looking at this new land with greedy eyes and were wiped out while they were still getting their feet
The village was wiped off the face of the earth as blue fire rain burst from the heavens and beast crawled from beneath every rock,
My family and i fled, wounded and alone i fought souly through weeks of mountain terrain, awful weather and being hunted day and night.
after 2 weeks of traveling, just as the edge of the mountains came in sight my wife fell in from exhaustion and some kind of new disease...
i awoke one morning to find her dead and in a rage charged back, back into the mountain home and fought until i couldn't anymore at this point.

Gregg fought as many beasts as he could... eventually getting to the leader of all the beasts, standing atop of the ruins of his old village he fought, but by now Gregg was tired, having nothing to eat for weeks other then the enemies he had salughtered
The leader of the beasts was able to cast Gregg down the side of the mountain.
after being thrown from the mountain top Gregg felt defeated.
His people, his town, his wife, were all gone forever.
He then wandered aimlessly until you found civilisation, he kept his identity secret, not wanting them to know of the mighty warriors defeat.
until he met a group of adventures a strange bunch that travel the land.
They were not as fearless as his people had been, no one will ever be that fearless. But they were brave, wanting to go where others had not. So Gregg decided to join them, he felt weak and no longer the mighty barberian he once was, but in time he would become the man he use to be, and he'd damn well get his revenge
