Walk The Redmond Watershed Preserve Park

We will enjoy a walk through deep forest and unspoiled nature, with quiet ponds and tall trees. Let's meet by the restrooms, and the kiosk, where excellent maps of the park are available. The terrain is mostly flat, with a few hills here and there.

We will combine the Trillium Trail, with the Pipeline Regional Trail and Siler's Mill Trail. The walk will last about 1-1/2. If we finish earlier, there are some short loops which can be added, once we return to the parking lot.

Because there are a lot of turns in this walk, (and a few hills), and I will have to be up front with the group, I will have a few marked maps to give out, in addition to the ones usually available at the kiosk. The park has great signage, and trails are easy to follow, so if you are very slow, you may want to find other slower walkers to walk with you.

That was a great walk, Monique. I love the moss and ferns, and, of course, the company. Thank you for organizing this walk!

Running late, so I may not make it to the "trail head" on time. Will try to catch up to you all if possible, if not, I 'll see you next time.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
