All Things Bitcoin

A roundtable discussion on all things Bitcoin related. Wether you're entirely new to it or an established investor, we'll step through the basics and work our way through to more advanced discussion.

East Troy is a unique place for Bitcoin discussion. It has it's own meetup group, The cafe we meet at accepts bitcoin and local commerce is open to taking it on.

If you're interested in investing, or learning more about the technology behind it, this is possibly the best resource around to help get you started and keep you going.

Here is a good technical primer:

Cant make it in person, but maybe if you use Google Hangout or other media real time or recorded, I could participate.

I had a renewed interest in Bitcoin as Xmas presents to shove my adult children one more step into the virtual world, but seemed a bit too complicated. I would like to be able to explain it better myself.

Hey Kirt, Sorry we missed you. We don't record our meetups but will consider for future meetups where someone gives a formal presentation. Definitely. I was hoping to see you. It was a good time but next Thursday (Build Something Bitcoin) should be a lot of fun. Hope to see you there.

Charlie is a pretty good science fiction writer with solid Unix system admin cred, and seems to know some real economics, fwiw.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
