I am not feeling well. I have been awake since 2:30am and am tired. Next time I hope I can make it.

I'm hoping to talk to others who have gone through the process of getting Long Term Disability insurance for FM, also looking for a good pain management doc who knows how to deal with LTD insurance companies along with SSD. My husband and I are overwhelmed on the process & we just started.

I am going to try my best to make this meeting. I will be bringing my husband also as I am trying to get him more involved with my FM/CF. Also looking forward to meeting new people with the same issues.

Hello, I am a massage therapist who is interested in learning about Fibro and Chronic Fatigue. I want to learn more so I can learn ways to help those who have these challenges gain wellness and respite from their symptoms. I look forward to meeting all of you and learning from you! Kat

I do have one person that is possibly interested in your services.... please go to the 'Members' tab and find Michele Grant and contact her. She is an RN that had to go back to work full-time and she has Fibromyalgia.

Kat, I would love to give you insight. My husband has attempted to massage me...he sent me threw the roof. He swears he barely touched me, but it felt as though he was squeezing me as tight as he possibly could. This was on my feet!. There was no way I was going to allow him to touch any other spot as I was now in excruciating pain all over from tensing up. May 9 happens to be his birthday, so I will not be able to attend. Feel free to email me.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
