To kick off the Meetup era, Ken will be providing spaghetti dinner.

There is no commitment to bring anything yourself, except perhaps the beverage you enjoy to drink while playing poker.

Should you wish to bring something to share, it can easily be from a can or bag.

-Awesome! Terrific laid back people! Solid poker play. No crazy drunks. Genuinely interested in poker, not trying to imitate TV.
-The club describes themselves as having great respect for the game of poker, this is true. Well run, great equipment, organized, smooth flow. I wish casinos had this attitude toward running poker play. I have never seen a better run tournament anywhere, free, paid, casino, bar, home.
Patience and mentoring attitude to newer players, great competition to experienced players. Comfortable atmosphere, nice pot luck snacks, byoD, some sodas, water, wine, and beer. I wish my friends were this polite and cool. JK, no really, really JK, just don't tell them I said this.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
