Track Workout at Mesquite High School

We will begin the workout, at 5AM, with about a 1 mile warmup followed by strides and then the weekly speed work.  After the speed portion we do a 1 - 2 mile cool down.  You ccan cater the workout to your specific needs or join in the group workout for that week.  Lead the pack, run the track!

    I know we have a lot of members running a marathon for potatoes this week. In honor of that we will do the traditional pre-marathon workout of three 1 mile repeats. As always you can adjust the workout to whatever you want / need this week. Try to avoid the Jerry workout though.
