Track Workout at Mesquite High School

We will begin the workout, at 5AM, with about a 1 mile warmup followed by strides and then the weekly speed work.  After the speed portion we do a 1 - 2 mile cool down.  You ccan cater the workout to your specific needs or join in the group workout for that week.  Lead the pack, run the track!

    This weeks suggested workout is 1000m, 2000m, 1000m, 1000m all with 400m recoveries. This is based on a plan for a late October marathon. As always you can tailor your workout to whatever you need. Come out and run whatever your workout is with the group.
