We will begin the workout, at 5AM, with about a 1 mile warmup followed by strides and then the weekly speed work. After the speed portion we do a 1 - 2 mile cool down. You ccan cater the workout to your specific needs or join in the group workout for that week. Lead the pack, run the track!
