I have a collection of healthy recipes which I really like....mostly by reducing the amount of protein and carbs and increasing the vegetables.....but not stinting on the seasonings...
I have already lost 45 of the 76 pounds I needed to lose....it has taken me many years to do this. I also work on my aerobic fitness by attending Zumba classes.
I'm 65, retired from working 20 yrs. as a classroom aide AJUSD. I volunteer-coach a weekly drama club. Love to travel, singing American songbag w/guitar or Arabic songs w/tambourine, gardening, traveling, learning Arabic & practicing my Spanish.
So far it's just Sylvia and I, but we have always had fun, and learned to cook some tasty healthy recipes!
