Introduction

Hello my name is David and I really love doing exercise especially running. I found this group because my girlfriend told me about meetup and I found the runners group. I hope we can go soon together to warm up with a race. I come from Mexico

Are you a new runner, or experienced runner?

Now I have approximately 3 months without running but I am no experienced runner I think my leves is intermediate normally in Mexico I run 6 kilometers per day during 3 days per week

What times and days would you prefer to meet?

I prefer to run on weekend in the mornings

What distance are you comfortable running?

I feel comfortable running between 5 to 10 Km

What are your goals as a runner (i.e. specific race or distance, weight loss, general health)?

I want to run 5 km in 20 minutes or less and gain more resistance and speed also first I want to recover my physical condition because as I said I have like 3 months without running
