Do you have any hiking preferences such as easy, short, long, difficult, etc ?
Any and everything!
Do you prefer "car camping" (as in camping in a campground near your car, ie state parks) or backpacking? Or Both? Or maybe neither?
Both. Car camping in the winter, backpacking when it's nice and pretty.
What is your favorite place to go hiking (it's doesn't have to be local :)?
Hands Down- McAfee's Knob near Roanoke...although St. Mary's wilderness is becoming a close #2.
Anything else you want to share about yourself?
My philosophy in life is "Work hard, play harder." I truly hope that this group helps everyone achieve that!
