Introduction

Love the outdoors and want to make sure my children also learn to enjoy it.

Very detailed "About" page. Chris, I am very impressed at the effort you have put into this group.

Do you have any hiking preferences such as easy, short, long, difficult, etc ?

I love all types of hiking.

Do you prefer "car camping" (as in camping in a campground near your car, ie state parks) or backpacking? Or Both? Or maybe neither?

Both are fun and exciting. Well it depends on who is around you.

What is your favorite place to go hiking (it's doesn't have to be local :)?

Hiked parts of the Appalachian Trail in Maine. It was the most fun I ever had being on the trail for 3-4 days at a time.

Anything else you want to share about yourself?

Wish I could get on the trails more. I would love to hike the entire Appalachian Trail.
