Unfortunately, still too early for wildflowers. But, a great hike with a fun group. Will be doing this one again.

Good morning everyone! Thanks for signing up for this hike tomorrow. Should be a beautiful day, albeit a little chilly to start, but there's not much shade on the trail so no one should be cold.

Just a couple of things. Could each of you respond to this post or e-mail me and let me know whether you're planning to car pool or meet us at the trailhead? I will wait in the Fry's parking lot until about 8:35am in case you're running late, but we need to drive out the trailhead so we need to leave on time. I'll send everyone who RSVP'd my cell phone number this evening in case you need to contact me.

Secondly, this is a long hike and we will be keeping a decent pace. If you're not a regular, experienced hiker, this hike is probably not for you. Please assess your abilities before deciding whether or not to hike with us tomorrow.

I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow morning!

Great as my 2 yr old Aussie/Lab mix has a lot of energy to burn. I will meet at the Fry's by 8:30 as never been to this trail and not sure of directions. I can take one person in my car if needed.
