Free West Coast Swing Lessons at Spurs Saloon!

Come join your friends for free Country Dance Lessons -The lesson will be West Coast Swing taught by Laina Lee for the next several weeks, followed by open dancing to a great mix of country music by DJ Butch!

Spurs is a new saloon with a wood dance floor, great food and drinks, TV for sports and live bands on Friday and Saturday nights!

West Coast Swing is a great dance and is danced to country, contemporary, R&B and a wide variety of music. A fun dance that has lots of great songs played in the country arena.

Learn a great skill and socialize with others; singles and couples welcome.  No partner necessary as we rotate throughout the class.

Come have some fun!!!

Sure. I was originally supposed to teach on Sundays, but it wasn't necessarily line dancing, sometime bar owners/managers think country dancing means line dancing, but they changed Sundays to Comedy night. I always do teach one line dance at the end of my lessons on Wed. and am working on some new ones. I can talk to Nick about line dancing on Sundays :-)

Thanks, Laina, for updating the verbiage in the info, above, for the lessons at Spurs Saloon. Now, it's clear who is teaching. Hope this is a good venue for The East Valley Kickers. I will try to make it down there, again, sometime. I would also like to see line dance lessons, at this location. I had heard that Spurs was thinking about having line dance lessons on Sundays, a few weeks back, but I'm not sure if they ever got that going or not. I haven't seen anything advertised. There are a few of us, near Spurs, that would love to go to line dance lessons on Sundays.

If I go to enough lessons, I'll eventually be able to count to 8

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
