ESS was established in 1965, and has thrived by being a friendly and welcoming group as well as providing a variety of interesting activities. Some regularly scheduled activities include: • Saturday morning walks followed by an optional lunch • Week day walks/hikes in Spring, Summer and Fall • Thursday afternoon “happy hour” with appetizers and conversation at a variety of establishments • Monthly Potlucks at a member’s home • Tours, current movies, museums, concerts and music events • Book discussions, card parties, Bunko, gourmet dinner group • Holiday events, parties, brunches, dinners and dinners with dancing Membership in ESS welcomes people 45 years and older. We currently have over 100 members. Joining ESS is easy. We ask that you attend 3 activities of your choosing, before applying for membership to ESS. This allows you to meet us and for us to meet you. This also provides an opportunity for you to select a current member to be your sponsor to sign your application. Our annual dues are $30.00 per year, from November 1 to March 31 first time membership is pro-rated at $15. Please check out our website at http://www.eastshoresingles.org.
