Welcome to the Eastside Camera Club. We are an amateur photographer’s club (originally founded in 1952), dedicated to improving our skills, and sharing our enthusiasm, knowledge and improving our shooting, post-processing and printing skills. We meet twice a month on the first and third Thursdays at an Eastside Library, September to May (No meetings in December). During the months of June, July and August, we meet once a month, at an Eastside library. The first meeting of each month (first Thursday) is always an education night where we have a speaker or sometimes one of our members will select a subject that they are familiar with to share with the group. The second meeting of the month (third Thursday) is our print/digital night where each member can bring prints and/or digital images. The prints and digital images are reviewed and critiqued at the meeting. There will be nominal dues, paid annually in September. These dues pay for potential speakers plus membership to the Northwest Council of Camera Clubs (NWCCC). Any interested club member, listed as Assistant Organizers, can also plan and coordinate field trips during the year. If you live on the Eastside and you are looking for an active camera club, please come and share your enthusiasm for photography!
