We have a rare and wonderful opportunity to have a personal interview with Lisa Dupar, owner of the Pomegranate Bistro in Redmond.  As a business owner, acclaimed chef and recipient of the 2011 IACP Award for First Book: the Julia Child Award for her recently published "Fried Chicken & Champagne: A Romp through the Kitchen at Pomegranate Bistro" Lisa can speak to all aspects of what it takes to run a successful and vibrant business.  She will share her insights and best advice on what it takes to succeed and thrive.  

We'll enjoy some of Pomegranate's appetizer specialties while Lisa shares her expertise and experiences with us.  Pricing should be on average around $20 per person.  There will be a 12 person limit on this event.

    I thought the meeting with Lisa Dupar was excellent. She shared with us how she established her business and the trials and tribulations she experienced while growing it into a successful operation. She was down-to-earth and forthright and answered all of our questions. An additional benefit was that I enjoyed her talk while savoring a delicious dinner of poached pear and gorgonzola ravioli at Pomegranate Bistro.
