What's the most interesting meal/dish you've ever eaten?

L'Esperance in Vezelay 2 hours south of Paris. The amuse on the terrace was foie gras en croute. Liquified foie gras squirted in to my mouth. On the other hand I have enjoyed street food in Khon Kien and food from the mercado in Oaxaca.

Good morning Larry! Sorry to say your images loaded fine last night but there was a problem and the folder was eaten I just reloaded my images, if you have time later you might want to reload them. How did you acquire the taste for Thai food?
