Talk title: Sales strategies for small companies and new tech

Speaker: Tony Small (VP, Sales Strategy and Operations,

Talk abstract: During the talk, I’ll go over key dos and don’ts in sales, with a focus on the scenario of small companies selling newer technologies. I’ll also cover strategies and approaches for when/how to build out a sales force, including knowing when it makes sense to.

Speaker bio: Tony Small has over 15 years in high tech, with most of that time in sales-oriented roles. He is currently the VP of Sales Strategy and Operations at Zillow. Previously, he managed sales operations at Amazon, and also spent time earlier in his career at Microsoft and Booz Allen. He graduated from Stanford University and Stanford Business School.
