Eastside Think & Drink is a great way for people to get together and have deep, meaningful and thought-provoking conversations in ways you cannot have anywhere else! The topics can range from philosophical, to religious, to political, to scientific, to pretty much anything else. The topics are generally kept pretty broad, with the intention of allowing the group to bring the broad topic into any specific sub-topics that come naturally within the people in the group.

The people in this group are very respectful and polite, and even when people disagree with each other everyone still has a great time and enjoys the discussion. What I love about this group is that it attracts people of all different types of backgrounds and worldviews, which makes each event different and unique every time! Whether you are religious, atheist, conservative, liberal, or anything else... If you enjoy thinking about what you believe in or what concepts you value, then this is the group for you! I believe we can learn the most from the people we disagree with the most, and while showing respect and tolerance for people in this group, I look forward to continue learning from everyone in this group that I interact with :)

We generally meet either at cafes during the day or bars in the evening, typically around a weekend. Updates for any given meetup are provided in the comments section for that given event.

We look forward to meeting you and hearing from you!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
