I've been a teacher of meditation for 33 years and I offer easy-to-learn meditation techniques that you can use on your own. Learning in a group setting is a powerful and pleasant way of introducing yourself to the many experiences and benefits of meditation, which will enhance your personal experience.
The focus of our meetings is to learn simple and easy meditation techniques that can be done regularly by people of all ages. All you need is a comfortable chair.
