This is a group for people who want to learn and share their knowledge about holistic lifestyles, healthy eating, and food preperation. The Organizer, Gail Zikri, has trained with some of the most notable chefs/health pros in the tri-state area and throughout the country . She is a great vegan, vegetarian and raw-living food chef and educator and has been teaching Yoga for over 15 years. She currently conducts various classes in the Hoboken and NYC area, and will even give classes in your own kitchen. Once a month, she has been hosting pot-luck dinners at the Hoboken Healing Arts Center, which includes an educational DVD about food, nutrition, health, conservation, and the enviorrnment, followed by lively conversation about the film.

This group is intended to educate and expand the group of people who care about their state of wellness, their family, their community, and the planet which we all share. We will continue with our potluck dinners/DVD evenings, offer food classes, presentations and speakers, and other events that pertain to a Holistic lifestyle.
