Dont worry chuck, as your friend, I dont think this was a rude email at all. sometimes things need to be said effectively and and eloquently as possible. I think you did just that! If some people take it personally, well they are either guilty or ignorant!

This was intended for all members to let everyone know where I stand... Unfortunately this is not a rude email... Just a common courtesy to me and the other members, as well as to the establishments that if you say yes and cancel at the last minute without a reasonable excuse, it's considered RUDE.. I put a lot of time and effort for everyone to have a good time .. If you were an organizer, you would understand my view point as well as my frustration .., I hope you understand chuck

Did you send me this specifically? If you did....I never RSVP'D...and I only singed up a few days ago. Also, as this rude email stands....it's not appropriate to send these messages to members of meet up groups because there is no obligation to attend.
Richard D. WhiteCEOFuzzy Threads, LLCFirst.....I would like to concentrate on outdoor dining this summer....please feel free to call or write me with any of your suggestions....Second.....This group has come a long way, and I am very proud to be an organizer......the whole goal was to get people out of their house,treat each member, ( as well as the organizer,) like you wanted to be treated and as well, to each establishment visited....It has for the most part a huge success...a true FUN group.....Third....I have written on many instances, thatr if you RSVP yes to an event,and have to cancel 24 hrs or less, as a coutesy,to e-mail me or call me and let me know with a reasonable excuse.It is unfair to other members,(especially setback with a waiting list) ,the establishment visited, and to me as an organizer..All those who do not reply with this request will be given a no-show and after, if you sign up for an event, you will be put on the waiting list for that event..Three no-shows,you will be asked to leave....There were 8 no-shows for setback...VERY DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST.....This is a great group and I as an organizer will do my best to ALWAYS make this a FUN GROUP.....Chuck
