Plant Based Eating For Health & Wellness

Jared Keen will share his experience losing 120 pounds on a plant based diet in 14 months.  His experience led him to start Plant Based Nation in order spread the message of the health benefits of a plant based lifestyle.  He'll be introducing Dr. Nicole Gullick who will discuss general health & wellness on a plant based diet.  Raw food chef Arlene Siegel will be demonstrating how to make some simple and delicious plant based dishes.
