Welcome to the Eat More Plants community! Our mission is simple: to help others discover the benefits of enjoying a plant-based diet. This is not a vegetarian/vegan group, however, some members may be vegetarian/vegan. We are not sugesting you should or need to be vegetarian/vegan.

Everyone can benefit from eating more fresh, whole, plant-based foods - especially fruits and vegetables - and the animals and the planet benefit as well. Every bite matters. We believe in changing the world, one bite at a time. Also, please know that this is caring, compassionate community. We meet people where they are and provide the support necessary to transition to a healthier lifestyle. Eat More Plants is an all inclusive community on a mission to educate people about the benefits of eating more fruits and vegetables in your diet and about natural wellness. If you are seeking to improve your health through a plant-based diet and use natural wellness protocols, we are here to help and support you. Whether you are someone who is brand new to the concept, struggling to get there, or are transitioning slowly – we welcome you. Our goal is to meet people where they are and provide them with information and resources so that they can improve their health and well-being through diet and natural wellness. We offer educational programs to hospitals, schools, churches, and businesses looking to provide health education to their employees.
