If you've ever had pho then my guess is that you're a huge fan. Pho Duy is my favorite place for pho, so come try it if you haven't been there. If you haven't had pho before, prepare to have a new favorite! It's inexpensive and yummy, and it will be a new addiction. They don't have a menu or Web site, but they have all of the usual items found at any pho restaurant.

If this is new to you, check out Wikipedia for lots of information about it. It's basically a huge bowl of soup with broth, noodles and meat. You choose what meats you want and it ends up being a really inexpensive meal. They give you lots of veggies and sauces to put in your soup so you make it your own, and having pho for the first time with people who know what they're doing is a bonus. If you don't want anything even remotely odd you can get the chicken soup version which is very simple and good. They also have good spring rolls and a few other menu items if you don't want pho.

Check out the Yelp Review page and see what other people have to say about the pho at Pho Duy. They give it four out of five stars. We may not have one big table together, but it's a lively place and we can mingle a bit. They'll definitely do separate checks. When you're done, you just go to the counter to pay (they don't bring you a check at the table).

By the way, it's pronounced like "fuh" if that helps. Check out the About Us page so you know what to expect, especially about no shows and how to avoid them. Please vote in the polls so we know which days and times work best for you. See you soon!

Is it possible to have a bad time at Pho Duy? They always take such good care of us, and we all had such good food. Then we hung out afterward and it was a great time. Thanks, all!

Hey there, Tina! It's fine with me if you bring your daughter but I can't guarantee she won't overhear some saucy language. We're a fairly well-behaved bunch but sometimes things get rowdy. That's great that she loves pho!
