Pork roast wrapped in bacon

It works with any part of pork roast: I used neck meat. salt, pepper and put the mustard on one side, sliced onion on the top of the mustard and layer by layer put the bacon on the top. Then you reach under the meat both hands, flip it over so landing the bacon side on the bottom. Start again salt pepper mustard onion slices for this side and in the end one by one wrap the bacon slices on the top so covers the onion. I had little holes between the bacon, so I put extra bacon across, more bacon, better! Before I put into the oven put toothpick so the bacon stays there and the onion not gonna burn.
