I thought you might want to know about this series that starts next Wednesday evening at Sacred Spaces in Southborough.

Mindfulness-Based  Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Wednesday Evenings 7-8:30 PM, 11 weeks starting September 28, $240 plus workbook, $20

The program incorporates both formal and informal exercises that can be completed in just minutes each day.
