I want to gain a spiritual strength from being aware of who I truly am in every moment.

No I don't meditate regularly and I feel a calling to start.
What do you understand Non-Duality to be?
Everything is One. The boundaries between us are illusions. We are fragments of that Oneness remembering who we truly are as we create the highest expression of ourselves.
