Introduction
As an indivual I have alway had the erge to grow. After reading Tolle's books, it has made me more aware, which has allowed be to grow further. Joining a group such as this, would be a good growth expeirence.
What intention might you like to explore in this group?
Knowledge, spirituality and further awareness.
Do you meditate regularly?
No but it is something that I am learning to do.
What do you understand Non-Duality to be?
That the material world and our sense of being individuals is an illusion. Everything around us is an intellegent energy. Only our form body and mind prevent us from being aware that we are all connected through energy or conciousness.
