While the Eckhart Tolle meetup blossoms effortlessly each time we meet, this are some examples of how we facilitate making space and being present:

 

First meeting of the month:

- silent meditation

- we experience together one of Eckhart's talks on DVD

- break, sharing, updates

- we experience together pre-recorded  Eckhart's Q&A

 

Second meeting of the month:

- guided meditation, recorded or "live"

- 2 beings in becoming choose, before the meetup, and read, during the meetup an Eckhart Tolle's quote, and share ways to practice mindfulness

- beings in becoming read quotes from A New Earth, The Power of Now, Stillness Speaks

- listening to short, recorded teachings

Please note: we may switch the order of the meetings, depending on the availability of media or conference room.

Please note:  be at our meeting point at 7pm sharp. Our Eckhart Tolle meetup is not at Starbucks, that is only a place to start gathering. Then we walk all together into a peaceful, spacious, private conference room.

If you want to share short (ten minutes or less) pointers from other spiritual teachers, please drop me an email and bring the short pointer on DVD for consideration to watch it all together.

Also, for the sake of clarity: this is a meetup pointing to Eckhart Tolle's teachings. It is not a meeting with Eckhart Tolle himself. Even if we cannot exclude one day he will join us :-)

This is a peer-group, with facilitators but no leaders. It is a co-created group. If you have specific pointers you would especially like to discuss, feel free to share them! Peace and metta,
