Ecstatic Dance Meditation is a Vibrant and Powerful Journey to Reconnect with Your(Inner)Self using Ecstatic Dance and Active Meditation before moving easily into a Peaceful Space of Stillness and Silence.
This free-flowing fusion of Ecstatic Dance and Active Meditation is designed to free you from your mind, allow you to connect your emotions and refresh your soul. In a beautiful space, lit by candles, you are gently guided to explore yourself and your emotions through dance and active meditation whilst supported by the energy of the group.
By using a wide variety of music (including occasionaly 'no-music') you can connect with a whole range of emotions, building up energy until you completely let-go, and gently flow into a meditative space of Stillness and Silence.
Guidance is provided by Ankur, an experienced Active Meditator and Workshop Facilitator.
