the Rock Exchange

This is basically the follow up to our hugely enjoyable Opening Ceremony night, so come along for drinks, chat and to swap mix tapes etc. We'll also be able to put our own tunes on again so bring your playlists or else I'm choosing the music all night again. Don't say I didn't warn you.

We'll be down in the Phoenix Cellar Bar, so when you get outside of the main door of the Phoenix Bar itself, it's the basement entrance down to the right.

Thank you Alex for organizing. I was amongst the last to leave the venue last night, and I noticed a forgotten scarf. If anyone has lost a scarf, let me know and I can make arrangements to return it. I shall expect a description of the scarf, so opportunists just wanting a free scarf are discouraged from replying – I have already seen the depths people will sink to just to warm their own necks.

Hiya David, I'm fairly sure that's mine! I foolishly ran off and only realized I'd forgotten it when I got home... it's mainly orange/brown/green/yellow striped - and yes, I even have photographic evidence of it being attached to me...

A big thanks to Alex for organising last night. The Phoenix Bar was a good choice of venue! I hope everyone enjoyed it was much as I did. The next meet-up (at the moment) is on April 12th. Its a 4 band line-up for £3! Any suggestions for upcoming gigs or events, please share with the group :)

I'm really sorry but I'm not going to be able to make it now. Entirely my fault, I'd not calculated the end of work year effect. Don't feel sorry for me though as things went well and I'm in the pub, only a different one. I'll get to a meetup soon

First-timer too - hopefully manage a playlist Thursday night.....Is there a particular area in the bar we meet? And can someone carry a pineapple or something?!

We'll be meeting in the Cellar Bar, which is accessed from the street, next to the main door. Hopefully we'll have a good selection of mix tapes & CDs on the table :)
