My Name is Stacey and I currently run 4 times a week. Looking for a cuple extra days.
Running is very relaxing for me. I like to end my day with a run.
I currently run 10-15 Km 3-4 times a week.
Our runs are usually between 5 and 12k long. As an example, yesterday we split the group into two and some did a 5k run while others did a 10k run, depending on what they each wanted. The runs are between 30 minutes and an hour and a half, with stretching after. - Chantelle
