Lets Get Off The Beaten Path In South America With Philip Merry

Come out and hear of Philip's four month adventures in South America. He has stories and great pictures of his travels. Here is what you can expect:
* Scenery, mostly desert/mountain areas between the Andes and the coast
* Urban shots, mostly in smaller towns and cities e.g. Lima, Santiago and Quito
* National Parks and monuments such as Lines of Nazca and Machu Pichu
* Stove project in the village of Collazos in Peru (an earthquake area)
* Museum photos, mainly archaeological/anthropological
Looks to be a memorable night and not to be missed.
See you there.

    We are currently planning a 2 month fall trip through Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador and Columbia by bus, plane, train, riverboat (Amazon & Rio Napo), so this looks really interesting. Part of this trip lends itself to group travel, so if anyone else is interested in exploring before/after this meetup, please get in touch with Eileen or myself

    If you are interested in traveling then you should see if there is a travel group in Red Deer. You will get ideas and inspiration from other people. There is much to be said for living vicariously through other peoples photos/stories until you can go traveling yourself. You learn about places you may not get to visit ... or may choose not to visit -ha ha! Once you set the intention then you will make your traveling happen :) In the meantime "armchair traveling" is great too!

    This is disappointing. Would love to hear Philip's presentation but I will be away from Edmonton until April 16th.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
