The movie starts at 7pm, we'll be meeting at 6:30pm and probably going into the theatre at 6:45pm. This is in conjunction with the Edmonton Theatregoers Club so you don't need to sign up twice.
"We humans love our lists. To-do lists, resolution lists, “bucket lists” - unequivocal directives all. So when filmmaker Alan Zweig discovered Ray Robertson’s book Why Not? Fifteen Reasons To Live, he was intrigued by the concept of organizing the panoply of life itself into a list. Said 15 reasons are: Love, solitude, critical mind, art, individuality, home, work, humour, friendship, intoxication, praise, meaning, body, duty, and death. To savour them all would presumably be to truly live. From this inspiration begins a series of episodic chapters adapted to the themes and the participants are as eclectic as the list itself, sharing personal anecdotes related to the themes, amongst others. Humorous and sometimes heartbreaking, their stories expressed through conversational and candid interviews, strike deeper chords about finding meaning in our existence"

Let's meet in the atrium to the left and past the concessions stand between 6:30-6:45 pm. If you arrive later, look for the us in the theatre. Look for the friendly group singing Christmas carols to a large sunflower ;-)
(That's the Theatregoers, I'm a reasonably tall man with a bald head and no beard, in case you've seen me before, possibly being cajoled into singing.)
If there's interest, we'll head over to Rosso's Pizza for post-show snacks, coffee and chat.
