Did you know that this day is Groundhog Day, so why not celebrate the little rodents waking up from his winter slumbers. Let's hope he doesn't see his shadow.

Oh by the way, you might want to brush up on your Groundhog Day history, you never know some smart alick might have a few questions for you on the topic.

This is a good way to greet pre-spring, Irish-style.

where is there FREE parking ? (I have to ask these questions now...yeah me, I have wheels)

I kind of know the area and there are quiet a few parking meters that are only chargable Mon-Sat, I think, so they would probiably be free. Personally I park underground at the YMCA which on weekends is only $2 for 4 hours and it is right across the street from the mall near the Bay entrance leading to the escalator that takes you to the third floor to MacCools.

It just occurred to me that I don't know what an Irish brunch is (despite having Irish family members). Is this another excuse for heavy drinking, or are they serving something made of sheep guts?

Yep...I hear they are American Irish...

Steve, I'm beginning to worry about myself because I think I'm starting to understand your thinking.

Sorry I can't make it..my son is coming over. I have to say that I feel kinda guilty, as my Mom was Gaelic and very proud to be so. Have a great time everyone. On that note..should anything be cancelled on my end. Do you/they accept drop ins?? Let me know.
