Culina always ranks very high in the reviews. Whether it is Urbanspoon, Yelp or whatever, the reviews are more like a contest to say good things.
Culina describe themselves as: Just barely visible behind the trees of Old Strathcona is Culina Mill Creek, the humble homestead of the Culina Family of restaurants. Conceived as a fine dining experience for the casual budget, this unassuming independent restaurant serves ethnic-inspired comfort food from local sources in an intimate Bohemian atmosphere.
I may have to pay for any no shows or late cancels. The fate of such individuals is too awful to describe. (Description: Listening to a 63 year old man whine about hurt feelings.)
The meal, GST and tip will cost $27.26 (22 * 1.05) * 1.18 plus beverages.
