Eating healthy is based on knowledge. It's not enough to eat vegan or not to eat sugar. Some vegan foods can be harmful nonetheless just by being processed. In this meeting we will draw the line - what is processed and what is not!
It will be handled as a workshop. You are encouraged to bring with you one box or cover of vegan food with its ingredient. We will analyze it and decide which one is the most processed one. Are there any processed vegan foods that are still healthy?
You are invited to the workshop, presentation and network with interesting people. Not necessarily are all participants vegan, but all are interested in better their nutrition. You can join a networking with a delicious dinner a-la-cart vegan and vegetarian dishes thereafter, starting around 6:30pm.
Please note that there is no need to order anything from the restaurant. The presentations and networking are completely FREE. However, I'd recommend to try out their delicious healthy dishes which will be provided on this evening for 10% discount for every order.
Special guest on this meeting - Jenna Carton, a Vegan Cheff, the co-owner of the VegPalette who will provide us with special tips for tastier and healthier meals.
