EdTech Startup Showcase & Pitches

NOTE:  Everyone is welcome to attend this event--whether or not you  previously attended Twin Cities Startup Weekend EDU.

Return to the scene of May's Twin Cities Startup Weekend EDU for networking and presentations with EdTech entrepreneurs and enthusiasts.  Whether participants in Startup Weekend or members of the broader Twin Cities education start-up community, aspiring entrepreneurs and enthusiasts are invited to share an update on what everyone is working on.

Hear what your fellow participants have been up to, including those still working on one of the great edupreneurial ideas to come from the Weekend, and explore ways to help move them forward!

While this will not be a formal panel, we focus our discussion through our organizers, coaches and winning team leaders.  Those interested can present a 10 minute update and demonstration for audience feedback and Q & A (including as many of our original Startup Weekend coaches and judges as we can attract to the event).

We are also opening this event up to anyone to make a pitch for a new EdTech business or demo your current EdTech startup.

I love the idea of quarterly pitch events. I know a lot of teachers that would like a venue to share their edtech ideas and get feedback

How do we turn the ideas into action? There is an opportunity in September to cultivate the idea into a business in a 3 Day weekend competition that has financial reward. Please give your "no obligation" registration for Lean Startup Machine Workshop at

Bringing educators and developers together in a meaningful, ubiquitous and practical way with direct benefit for students would be my most powerful mission.

I have had long involvement in building business establishments. Now I want to invest my knowledge, background and skills to help build people.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
