Eiriu Eolas ("growth of knowledge" in Gaelic) is the modern revival of ancient breathing and meditation techniques that grew out of research on the history of science and religion. The techniques taught in Eiriu Eolas also have a basis in biological psychology. Its practice is designed to stimulate the body's natural stress reduction system to help you relax and live a more rejuvenating physical and emotional life. On a spiritual level, the tools are designed to help you connect to your 'higher self.'
