Damaged emotions of Anger, Abandonment, Shame, Fear, Powerless, Tainted, Invalidation, Hopelessness, Confusion and Negative self-talk are the damaged emotions we use as filters for our decision making process.
Medicating / Soothing our damaged emotions we turn to Alcohol, Drugs, Gambling, Sex, Pornography, Food, Work...etc.
