This even will be the recurring monthly meetup in midtown Atlanta for Ember.js. We will be proving pizza, drinks, and snacks.
Please come join us and get to know others in the Ember.js community as well as hear some interesting talks!

Is this group still active? We are using Ember for our non-functional prototype and likely will re-use most of the front-end for our product. Would be great to be able to speak with fellow Emberists about tips/tricks/challenges.

+1 for getting another meeting going. I'm heavily involved with Ember right now and judging from the steady steam of newcomers, there's still interest.

The meetup lacked the two planned speakers due to unforeseen circumstances. Still, the organizers did a good job fostering discussion. That said, I look forward to future meetups that have more structure.

A really good start. Smart people showed up, which is the most important part.
Now I'm wishing I had asked our hosts, Ben, Kyle and Matt, to show us some of their code: from the sound of it, they have a very impressive EmberJS app!

What's parking like at this venue? Is it a deck? Easy to find? Free? Secure?
Just trying to plan my trip tonight. Thanks!
It's a deck which is about as secure as it gets for this area, but it isn't free at least during the day, I'm not sure if it is free in the evenings but I would guess not. There are two decks one located underneath each of One Midtown Plaza and Two Midtown Plaza, either is fairly convenient to the venue. We are also about 1 block walk from the Arts Center MARTA station which is how I generally get to and from the building.
I would like to use ember-data on the client and server(node.js). Has any body used ember-data in node, or do you have a build that works with node.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
